隨著電子交易市集的興起,供應鏈有著顯著的改變,從企業內部的整合到與上、下游廠商所組成跨公司的價值網絡稱之為延展式供應鏈。為使其能運行順利,在供應商、製造商,零售商、物流服務者與消費者之間透過資訊共享之協同合作演變成相當重要。其中,可預期的是每一個供應鏈成員把規劃功能委託、授權與i-Hub之協同合作模式在延展式供應鏈中已慢慢興起。 以供應鏈與電子市集的的種種特徵為基礎,在協同合作下,對於探究i-Hub的功能如何促使供應鏈之規劃、執行、控制與事件管理,尤其對訂單履行流程之協同整合模式是值得注意與探究的。針對此一問題,在本論文中,發展一訂單履行流程中例外事件處理方法,並以i-Hub所支援之延展式供應鏈為環境,為預防例外事件發生,進而採用可靠度工程之方法論,GTST-MLD、事件樹分析與失效樹分析建構一訂單履行流程之控制器。 With the emergence of Internet-based electronic marketplaces (EMs), the supply chain (SC) has significantly changed from internal integration to cross-company value network, which is called the extended supply chain (ESC). To make ESC work smoothly, the collaboration through information sharing among supplier, manufacturer, retailer, logistic service provider (LSP) and consumer becomes extremely important. It is foreseeable that the collaboration in the extended supply chain will be proceeded via Information-Hub (i-Hub) to which the planning function of each chain member is delegated. With the SC framework and the features of electronic marketplace as a background, it is significant to explore how the functionality of i-Hub can facilitate collaborative supply chain with respect to planning, execution, control and event management, especially regarding order fulfillment process. In this thesis, we develop an “Exception Handling Method” to address this problem. Further, the Order Fulfillment Process Controller (OFP-Controller) is constructed to prevent the occurrence of exception in i-Hub supported extended supply chain. Adopted from the field of Reliability Engineering and System Safety, Goal Tree-Success Tree and Master Logic Diagram (GTST-MLD), Event Tree Analysis (ETA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) are used to construct the Controller.
