    Abstract: 預期影響性:首度闡明miR-143, -2136與let-7分子傳遞了綠茶EGCG訊息對胰島素和IGF所介導脂肪細胞生長和分化的調節作用;首度闡明EGCG可藉由微核醣核酸訊息去調控胰島素和IGF在脂肪細胞的訊息傳導;首度指出EGCG在活鼠上會與胰島素和IGF之間交互作用在脂肪組織及微核醣核酸分子的基因表現;由於茶葉和茶飲在台灣是非常重要的農產與飲料,而且與減肥之間關係密切,透過本基礎研究而了解茶成分的新作用,可做為改良與增加茶的高附加價值之參考;研究成果可供學術專業知識與專利智慧財產之價值,以做為未來應用綠茶以及含有EGCG成分的食品飲料或營養物於肥胖症和相關生醫疾病的預防與治療上之重要參考。
