    Abstract: 高溫(≧35℃)會導致水稻發育不良、少分蘗數、低稔實率及米質不良。先前實驗已證明:OsHsp16.9A可結合OsHsp101作用於種子耐熱性、增加澱粉合成基因表現影響澱粉粒排列及提高蛋白質prenylation酵素重要組成之基因表現;另亦發現種子萌芽期,光可啟動OsHsp101降解機制。本計畫將接續先前結果,深入探討水稻種子耐熱機制。分析OsHsp16.9A與OsAPL3、OsPYK及OsG6PGH間之交互作用;探討水稻種子萌芽時期OsHsp101降解機制;瞭解prenylation在水稻種子耐熱機制的角色。所得結果將有助改善水稻暴露於高溫下的不良問題。
