    Abstract: 本計畫的問題定義來自於台灣某一半導體製造公司所面對的每天排程問題,其短期(每天)的排程目標需達到相當wafer層數的製造,並以此來監督其短期的進度,長期目標則以極大化其製造資源的使用;此雙目標的零工式排程問題於學術上亦為一全新的問題,因此具有相當之學術價值,所研究之成果亦會對半導體製造有相當的貢獻。
