    Abstract: 本計畫目的在於發展高效能高自由度串疊鈣鈦礦太陽能電池封裝技術,總共分為三個部分: (1)發展穩定鈣鈦礦電池元件的電極,(2)抗水氣及低熱累積製程封裝技術的開發,(3)開發高相容性固態金屬鍵合技術,最終完成高效能Perovskite/III-V/c-Si (triple-junctions)串疊。此太陽能電池封裝技術開發有利於製程方便且便宜的鈣鈦礦太陽能電池商業化,並且藉由串疊技術提高太陽能電池光電轉換效率,可以大幅降低太陽能電池每度電所需的成本,藉此可以發展一個乾淨且低成本的能源,降低對火力發電和核能發電的依賴。
