    Abstract: 全球暖化影響農作生長,威脅未來糧食供給,引發社會與經濟問題。解決之道,有賴瞭解植物的耐熱機轉,藉以培育耐熱作物品種。據此,吾人近期以前向式遺傳學的策略,發現位於後轉譯修飾層級,有一個前所未知的植物耐熱調節路徑。本研究計畫將發掘此調節路徑上的相關成員,期能對此一全新植物耐熱機轉,有更完整與深入的闡釋。本研究計畫之執行結果,除有助未來社會經濟之所需,亦將提共學術界嶄新研究發展方向。
