大型風機產品在台灣屬於新興產業,當一個新興產業加入整體經濟大環境,開始接受環境的殘酷競爭之前,這個新興產業就必須要想方設法健全經營體質提升競爭力。而最好的方法就是產製顧客滿意且優良的產品,讓優質產品滿足客戶及創造利潤。 其中最為有效的策略就是實施嚴謹的品質管理系統,讓企業的運作成為有機體。在各種品質管理系統中,以ISO 9000品質管理系統最為普,也最貼近組織的需求。 有鑑於此,本研究所採行的方式,先依組織的七大目標導出適合風機產業的組織架構,順勢在該架構下導入ISO 9000品質管理系統,將各單位的流程加以鑑別,建立適切的作業流程與管理系統,以達到事業的目標與組織功能。;Wind turbine manufacturing are emerging industries in Taiwan. This emerging industry must find some ways to improve its operating constitution to adapt to brutal competition of the economic system before participate in it. The best way is to produce excellent products that are satisfied with customers, and create profits for the company. One of the most effective strategies is to implement a rigorous quality management system that allows the operation of the company to become an organism. Among various quality management systems, the ISO 9000 quality management system is the most common, and it was also closest to the needs of the organization. In view of this, the methods adopted in this study are based on the seven goals of the organization to derive the organizational structure suitable for the wind turbine industry. In this framework, the company introduces the ISO 9000 quality management system, identifies the processes of each unit, and establishes appropriate workflow and management system to achieve business goals and organizational functions.
