    摘要: 近幾十年來隨著科技的進步,人類製造出各式各樣的產品,這些產品不僅造成環境汙染,更消耗地球上珍貴的資源,然而這些產品之中,有的雖然不可再次利用,但仍然有部分產品是值得回收再製造,最近更因為環保意識抬頭,顧客開始願意購買再製品,因此製造商回收產品再製造成為熱門的研究之一。 本研究為Zikopoulos and Tagara (2008) 的延伸,整個回收再製造系統由單一回收商和單一製造商組成,當回收商回收產品時會使用一個努力值來增加回收量,此努力值可視為回收商給予消費者的回收獎勵,藉由如此回收商可賣給製造商更多的回收量,製造商也可以回收製造更多的量來賣給終端消費者,本研究主要是探討回收商應該使用多少努力值來回收,求出製造商在回收商使用努力之下可回收多少數量和再製造利潤。 As technology advances in recent decades, human made a variety of products that not only cause environmental pollution but also consume precious resources on Earth. However, among these products, although some can not be used again, but still some products are worthy to recycle and remanufacture. Recently, because of environmental awareness arises, customers start willing to buy remanufactured products. Therefore, remanufacturing of products become one of the popular research. Our study extends Zikopoulos and Tagara (2008). The recycling and manufacturing system consists of single collector and manufacturer. When collector recycling products, he or she will use effort to increase recycling quantity..This effort can be regarded as collector gives consumers the recovery awards. In this way, collector can sell more recycling quantity to manufacturer, and then manufacturer also can recycle and remanufacture more quantity to end consumers. This study mainly investigates how much effort should collector used to recycle, and calculate how much quantity manufacturer can recycle and profit under the effort.
