    Abstract: 近年來,由於網路蓬勃發展的地球村,受到金融風暴的影響,興起了一股「宅經濟」風潮,因此消費者的購物型態也隨之改變。過去供應商必須透過批發商、大盤商與經銷商等,才能將商品配送至零售業據點,進而讓顧客採買,但由於網路購物的興起,已逐漸轉變為供應商藉由物流中心(Distribution Center;D.C.)直接將商品配送至各零售商據點,其中扮演最重要的角色乃為物流中心。 物流中心的各項內部作業中,揀貨作業是相當重要且繁複的一項作業。傳統物流中心的揀貨作業其相關人力,約佔整體物流人力的50%以上,而揀貨作業時間佔整個物流時間之比例高達30%至40%。因此,如何規劃一個合理的揀貨作業,並且有效地降低揀貨作業時間與成本,提升揀貨作業效率,對於物流中心的營運是有絕對性地影響。 本研究將針對揀貨作業中的「分區揀貨」環境加以探討,因萌發揀貨人員互相幫忙的概念,設立一共同揀貨區域,並針對此環境設計出多種品項儲位指派方法與跨區法則。將其與傳統分區揀貨比較,以證明本篇所提出之揀貨環境有較佳之表現。另外,針對特定時間內之所有訂單,在各種品項指派法則、共同揀貨區域大小和跨區法則之設計問題中,經由模擬之結果來驗證及比較這些設計方法,希望藉此找出最佳共同揀貨區域之分區揀貨的配置方法,以便在實務上有所幫助。In recent years, the global village which internet boom had been affected by financial crisis and the world arise a new trend “Home Economy” so the mode of consumption had been changed. In past years, the supplier must deliver goods to the customers through the wholesalers or the distributors. However, because of e-shopping, the mode of consumption has gradually changed. Now, it delivers goods to customers through the Distribution Center (D.C.), so it plays the most important role. The most difficult and complex operation in the traditional DC is order picking that uses almost 50% of human resources and 30%-40% of time. So how to plan a reasonable order picking to reduce the costs and improve efficiency of picking is a very important thing for DC. This research will establish a “Joint Picking Zone” and focus on the mutual assistance and picking efficiency in the zone picking environment. In addition, this research will design different storage assignments and cross rules. Finally, we not only use simulation to verify the experiment result but also compare the result with the traditional zone picking. We also expect to find the best combination of zone picking that established a “Joint Picking Zone” and be useful in practice.
