    摘要: 企業目前都致力於快速回應市場需求、縮短產品的前置時間、產品發展成本和風險以維持競爭優勢。而資訊科技快速的發展和顧客需求導向的興起,產品協同設計專案是目前產品發展趨勢,企業之間必須根據顧客需求而共同合作發展新產品。然而此模式下新產品開發專案複雜度較高,設計流程中資訊重覆傳遞和複雜性會造成規劃排程困難。因此我們研究致力於簡化產品協同設計活動資訊傳遞,規劃有效率的協同設計流程。 在方法上,首先透過設計結構矩陣(DSM)來分析協同產品設計活動之間資訊傳遞關係,並且規劃出最佳化的協同設計活動流程順序。在規劃完最佳化設計流程之後,我們再應用影響矩陣(Influence Matrix)建構設計流程中各個設計活動對於產品評估因子的影響關係,我們可以應用此結果當作未來回應顧客需求的基準。   本研究結合DSM和Influence Matrix方法在產品協同設計專案模式之下,定義最佳化新產品發展專案流程和設計活動對於產品特性之間關係,加快產品協同設計專案的發展時程,減少不必要資訊遞回達到時間的節省,成功快速進入市場 Most industries are devoted to responding to the markets’ demand quickly and to shortening the lead time and product costs to keep competitiveness. At present, information technology develops so fast, and the customer-oriented concept emerges so that the collaborative product design project (CPDP) becomes a development trend. According to the requirement of customer, enterprises are involving more than one co-developed products. However, this way makes development projects of new products more complicated, and the iterative information of the design process makes the planning and schedule design tasks harder. For this reason, the thesis is to simplify the iterative information of collaborative design process and to schedule an efficient process of collaborative design. At first, in order to reduce the product design iteration we adopt Design Structure Matrix (DSM) to build a design process model, which defines the design tasks and its information requirement, and optimizes the sequence of the tasks. Subsequently, we adopt the Influence Matrix to analyze the relationship that design tasks relate to the product evaluation factors. We can utilize this result to respond to the requirement of customer. The research will present a methodology applying the collaborative product design project (CPDP) for optimizing the design processes, defining the relationship that the design tasks relate to the product evaluation factors. The objective of our thesis is to accelerate of the schedule of the collaborative product design project (CPDP), to reduce the time of iterative information and to enter the market successfully.
