    摘要: 物流運籌正歷經著前所未有的的變化。近幾年來,對於物流業者來說,實行綠色供應鏈(GSC)是無法避免的趨勢。大家耳熟能詳的綠色供應鏈就好像是買方公司在他們的供應商以及賣方的核心企業實務上要求某些環境責任的標準。很多公司有其內部的標準、政策還有環境管理體制來管理他們自己的環境績效和效率。當今,為了有效地整合綠色供應鏈,資訊管理和交流是非常重要的。雖然如此,由於網路上的資訊迅速激增,必須要費時才能找到恰當有關的資訊。在資訊管理過程中越來越多的困難已經成為最普遍的問題之一。這就是為什麼本篇論文研究綠色供應鏈入口網站的原因。 這篇研究主要是發展一綠色供應鏈入口網站之設計方法論。並且我們使用品質機能展開(QFD)來部署客戶的心聲、流程、資訊流以及各功能模組,然後描述它們的關係。同時我們應用內含事件導向流程鏈圖(eEPC)、統一塑模語言(UML)和資訊流程圖(DFD)的一些企業流程管理(BPM)技術,來描述綠色供應鏈入口網站內資訊產生的步驟。我們用以上方法分析設計入口來確定它的需求和功能。 我們所提出的方法論能提供如下功能:(1)結合實體供應鏈流程以及入口網站內部流程來改善效率,(2)改進綠色供應鏈內所有利益相關者之間的溝通,並且(3)改進綠色供應鏈入口網站性能的部署及設定間的配對來減少從前置到上線的生命週期。 The logistics is undergoing radical change. Recently, it has become an inevitable trend for the logistic industries to carry out Green Supply Chain (GSC). GSC is well-known as that buyer companies requiring a certain level of environmental responsibility in core business practices of their suppliers and vendors. Many companies have internal standards, policies, and/or environmental management systems that govern their own environmental performance and efficiency. Nowadays, in order to integrate the GSC efficiently, information management and exchange are imperative. Nevertheless, information on internet suddenly explodes and it is almost time-consuming to find relevant and interesting information. The increasing difficulty in managing information has become one of the most common problems. That’s the reason why the idea of GSC Portal was born in this context. The proposed methodology of this research is to develop a Design Methodology for Green Supply Chain Portal. And we use Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to deploy the voice of the user and decomposed process/data flow and modules then describe their relationships. We also apply Business Process Management (BPM) techniques including extended Event-driven Process Chain Diagram (eEPC), Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Data Flow Diagram (DFD) to describe the procedures how the information produced within the GSC Portal. We analyze and design the portal in this way to define its requirements and functions. Our proposed methodology can provide the functions as follows: (1) Integrating physical Green Supply Chain processes and information portal processes to improve the efficiency, (2) Improving communications among the stakeholders involved in the Green Supply Chain, and (3) Improving the match of deployed and configured GSC Portal capability to reduce the cycle time from preparation to go live.
