在最近年, 供應鏈管理和企業資源規劃系統（ERP system）是熱門話題，而供應商績效管理則是供應鏈管理的一部份, 而且是特別有關評估供應商的議題。 企業資源規劃系統收集和記錄了所有業務交易上的資料，它保存了所有原始資料，包括了有關供應商的交易資料。 對於企業資源規劃系統和供應商績效管理之間，會有什麼關係存在在他們之間? 什麼是在企業資源規劃系統資料庫裡與供應商有關的交易資料? 什麼樣的資料對供應商績效評估是有用的? 什麼關係存在在原始資料和指標之間? 所以， 我們研究企業資源規劃系統內的原始資料與供應商績效評估指標之間的運算（Operator）。 我們收集供應商績效評估指標在文獻是如何分類這些指標的，分析指標之元素（Element）的屬性，並且發現指標建立的運算規則。在這研究中我們所使用的方法，是分析獲得SAP R3採購交易流程與在此流程上的資料，並且收集這些原始資料。最後，我們希望藉由這一套方法可以從企業資源規劃系統的原始資料中發現更多指標以供從事供應商績效評估之用。 In recent year, supply chain management and ERP system are hot topic. Supplier performance management is portion of SCM, and it is concerning the issue of evaluating suppliers. The ERP system integrates business transactions and records all transactional data. The ERP system persist much raw data including the transactions of supplier. But what relationships exist between them? What are those transactional data in database of ERP system related to suppliers? What are data among them useful for supplier performance evaluation? What relationship dose exists between raw data and index? So, we study the operation between the raw data in ERP system and criteria of supplier performance evaluation. We collect indexes of supplier performance evaluation in the literatures, classify these indexes, analyzing the attributes of the element indexes, and finding the rules of the operators building the indexes. In the other side of this research, we analyze the procurement process in SAP R/3 system and its transactional data, and collecting the raw data about purchasing in SAP R/3 system. At last, we hope to discover more indexes from raw data of SAP R/3 system by rules and managing perspective.
