    Abstract: 改善物料搬運是降低總製造成本的方法,也是生產策略執行的方法。因此,在自動化生產系統中,能夠有效率地將所需物料搬運至確切的地點,對系統所表現出來的績效有相當大的影響。吾人以多載量無人搬運車 (Automated Guided Vehicle;簡稱AGV) 作為自動化生產系統中的搬運設備,研究在封閉式系統下自動化生產系統的影響。本研究針對在網路式軌道佈置下之多載量AGV系統之控制問題,提出一多載量AGV的控制架構,分成運送派車問題、載取派車問題、載取運送選擇問題、與負載揀取問題等多載量AGV的控制問題。本研究將特別針對這四類問題中之運送派車問題,提出多個法則並與幾個不同的載取派車法則,和AGV載量為四個來搭配,再利用電腦模擬實驗,來了解那些運送派車法則有較好的表現,期望求得一個最佳化的法則組合,使多載量AGV系統能發揮最良好的績效,以提昇系統產能。以下對這些法則作一說明: 1. 運送派車法則 AGV該優先運送目前其車上的哪個工件至其下一個工作站加工。 2. 載取派車法則 AGV該優先去哪個工作站的輸出端暫存區揀取工件。 3. 載取運送選擇法則 由於多載量AGV可以同時運載兩個或兩個以上載量的工件,所以多載量AGV必須依目前之狀況來決定要優先使用載取派車法則來載取工件或是運送派車法則來運送工件。 4. 負載揀取法則 AGV該從工作站輸出端暫存區上的工件,優先揀取哪個工件。 The importance and benefits of using multiple-load AGV in manufacturing systems has been well documented in recent studies. In this thesis, we first propose a control strategy for multiple-load AGV systems which is based on a closed system. The proposed control strategy divides the multiple-load AGV control problems into four. In this thesis, we focus on the load-delivery dispatching problem. For this problem, different rules are proposed. Computer simulation experiments are then conducted to verify the performance of multiple-load AGV in such a system when different combinations of pick-up dispatching rules and the load-pick-up selection rules and load-delivery dispatching rules are applied.
