Abstract:	零售商面對季節性商品(seasonal products)的易腐性(perishibility)與市場快速變化，不受市場青睞的商品，銷售季結束後往往面臨過多存貨的問題。需求不確定是主要原因，從實務例子中，常因需求預測不準確，堆積過多存貨或缺貨，為增加零售商利潤，剩餘存貨通常以減價出售處置。本研究針對通路中的零售商提出一減價促銷清倉模式，期望零售商利潤最大，求出清倉時連續的定價策略，考慮存貨水準少於一低點時，對清倉效果影響，以及應用主觀價值(reservation price)表達消費者購買意願。
