    Abstract: 以往製造商為了節省成本以及刺激零售商的訂購量,對於銷售季結束後剩餘的存貨,提出零售商退貨的機制,隨著零售商的規模日漸龐大,退貨政策的主導權已漸漸的被零售商所支配,企圖利用退貨政策將需求誤差風險挪移至上游供應商。本研究主要是以Stackelberg賽局理論為架構,假設零售商為領導者(leader),製造商為追隨者(follower),考量製造商以最佳的批發價達到利潤極大,零售商應如何選擇最佳的零售價與可退貨比率。
